William J. Welker, Jr., 55 of Carsonia Ave., Lower Alsace Twp., passed away on Jan. 13th in the Reading Hospital. Born in Harrisburg, PA., he was the son of the late William J. Welker, Sr and the late Mae E. (Ellis) Welker. William is survived by his two brothers, Edwin L. Russell, Leraysville, PA, Randy R. Russell, Ulster, PA. Funeral Services will be private.
