William J. Decker, 74 of Reading, PA., passed away on June 24th at his residence. Born in Newark, NJ., he was the son of the late Conrad and Mary (Pistavec) Decker. William had worked as a Truck Driver for a Medical Waste Company. He is predeceased by one sister, Mary Ann Gianfrancesco. Surviving is one sister, Lorraine Shiminsky, Dunellen, NJ.
