Richard C. Wagner

Richard C. Wagner, 72 of Mount Joy, PA., passed away on Aug. 12, 2024, at The Middletown Home, Middletown, PA.  Born in Reading, PA., he was the son of the late Richard C. Wagner, Sr. and the late Marie C. (Spatz) Wagner.  Richard was a graduate of Reading High School, and a US Navy Veteran.  He had worked and retired from the offices of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He was predeceased by one brother, Jeffrey Wagner.  Surviving are two sisters, Susan A. wife of Morris Roseman, Mount Joy, PA., Jane wife of Clifford Readinger, Shartlesville, PA. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 19th at 10:00 AM at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading, followed by services from the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.  A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
