Dugan, 63 of Muhlenberg Twp., PA., passed away on January 24th in ProMedica, Sinking Spring, where he was a resident.  Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, he is the son of Helen I (Dorrer) Dugan of NY and the late Daniel C. Dugan.  Surviving in addition to his mother are his children, Christopher Dugan, VA, Selena Dugan, TX, Vivian Dugan, PA, Tarin Dugan, PA; sisters, Terri A. wife of Dennis Kennedy, Poughkeepsie, NY, Cathy wife of Elsayed Elmarzouky, Wyomissing, PA; 3 Grandchildren.  Funeral Services are private with burial in St. Peter's Cemetery, Poughkeepsie, NY.
