Octavio Antonio Lopez Polonia, 72 of Reading, PA., passed away on April 10, 2026 at the Reading Hospital.  He is the husband of Anna Reynoso de Lopez.  Born in the Dominican Republic, he was the son of the late Jose Paulino Lopez and Marina Altagracia Polonia. Surviving are his children, Kelvia Lopez, Fresh Meadows, NY, Isaura Lopez, Brooklyn, NY, Edwin Lopez, NC, Oniel Hernandez, Reading, PA, David Alexander Lopez, Reading, PA; brothers and sisters, Maribel Lopez, Jersey City, NJ, Milagros Hernandez, Wyomissing, PA, Senobia Lopez, Julio Miguel Veras, Julio Cesar Veras, Jose Antonio Lopez, Osvaldo R. Lopez, Osvaldo Lopez, Danilo Lopez, Jussy Zarzuela; Nieces, Nephews, and Grandchildren.  A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10;00 AM  at St. Margarets Catholic Church, 925  Centre Ave., Reading.  Family and friends will be received from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in church.
