Nicole A. Wade, 37 of Laceyville, PA., formerly of Reading, passed away on Aug. 14th in the Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, PA., she was the daughter of Faye (Kohl) Wade of Laceyville, PA, and the late Gregory A. Wade. Surviving are her children, Mariah F. Weik, Leesport, PA, Dominic Weik, Cameron Weik, Jullian Weik and Giovanni Weik all of Shenandoah, PA; Brothers, Dustin Sterner, CO, Nathan Wade, Morgantown, PA.; Maternal Grandmother, Lorraine Zajac A viewing will be held on Friday, Aug. 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.
