Marilyn S. (Derr) Moyer

Marilyn S. Moyer, 90 of Reading, PA., passed away on October 7, 2025 at Berks Heim, Leesport, PA.  She was the wife of the late Paul S. Moyer, Jr. who passed away in 2011.  Born in Reading, PA., she was the daughter of the late Claude E. and Clara E. (Barth) Derr.  She was a 1952 graduate of Reading High School, and was a homemaker. She also loved her weekly Scrabble games with her friends. She also loved to bake and read her books as well as feeding the birds and squirrels. Surviving are three daughters, Laurie Moyer, Reading, PA., Cindy L. wife of David Wagner, Muhlenberg Twp., PA, Lynn M. wife of Michael Wentzel, Camden Wyoming, DE; 3 Grandchildren, Christopher, Melissa, and Lindsey; 2 Step Grandchildren, Robert and James, 11 Great Grandchildren, Morgan, Carleigh, Rayanna, Riley, Mia, Andrew, Maylynn, Austin, Adam, Cecilia and Jackson.  Funeral Services are private.  Inurnment in Charles Evans Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials can be made the the Berks Humane Society at www.humanepa.org  Online photos and memories can be shared with her family at www.cramp-hummelfuneralhome.com Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, Centre Ave., Reading has charge of arrangements.
