Mariano Roldan, Jr.

Mariano Roldan, Jr., 75 of Frackville, PA., passed away on August 17, 2025 at his residence.  He was the husband of the late Lourdes E. (Rodriguez) Roldan who passed away in January, 2025 after 51 years of marriage.  Mariano had been a proud US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam.  He had completed high school and had entered law school for a short period of time.  Mariano had worked for the US Postal Service being both a Supervisor as well as later a Postmaster in New York.  He was predeceased by a sister Nani Galvan. he is survived by  two daughters, Lourdes I. wife of John Peska, Long Island, NY, Cristina wife of of Kumar Seeraj, Frackville, PA; one son, Erik husband of Dinita Roldan, Pasadena, TX; 9 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; one sister, Evelyne de Guzman.    Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 AM at the Mark J Hummel Funeral Home, 48 N Broad Mountain Ave., Frackville.  Viewings  will be held Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 AM at the funeral home.
