Marian Bell

Marian Bell, 82 of Reading, PA., passed away on January 26, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital, Bern Twp.  She was the companion of Charles McDonald. Born in Reading, PA., she was the daughter of the late William and Estell (Ridgell) Bell. Marian was predeceased by a brother in law, William Staples; Nephew, William E. Staples and a Niece, Karen C. Staples. Surviving is one sister, Beatrice E. Staples, Muhlenberg Twp., PA.; Niece, Lisa K. Staples, Muhlenberg Twp., PA. Great niece Alisa Martin, Great nephews Dereck, Alan, Matthew, Cedrique, Justin, Odell Staples and Zamian Martin. A niece Annie Pearl, South Carolina. Many  great-great nieces and nephews. And other family members and friends. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.  A viewing will be held on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
