Maria E. Ortiz

Maria E. Ortiz, 56 formerly of Reading, passed away on Feb 14th at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA.  Born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Gaspar Ortiz and late Elizabeth (Berrios) Ortiz.  She was predeceased by sisters, Dora H. Ortiz,  Nereida Perez, Rosaura De Jesus. Surviving are her children, Jarelle Ramirez, Raymond Ramirez, Victor Del Rosario, Ruben Del Rosario, Jalisa Del Rosario; Siblings, Maritza Gonzalez, Elizabeth Cruz, Rebecca Pichardo, Maribeth Ortiz, Hector Ortiz; 9 Grandchildren.  Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 18th at 10:30 am at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading, PA. A viewing will be held from 8:30 am to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood.
