Joseph G. Morgan

Joseph G. Morgan, 76 of Lower Alsace Twp., Reading, passed away on March 17th in St. Joseph Hospital, Bern Twp.  He was the husband of Linda J. (Miller) Morgan for 53 years.  Born in Mount Airy, North Carolina he was the son of the late  Ranza Gunnell and Juanita Mitchell, and was raised by the late Frederick Morgan and Hester Snearly.  Joseph was a Princes Georges County Police Officer and had also worked many years as a Painter until he retired.  He is survived in addition to his wife by his children,  David W. Morgan, Rhonda R. Morgan (Toussaint) ,Angela N. Napier ,Arthur J. Morgan (Kristy) and Melissa D. Simms ; brother, James Gunnell (Dolly) 23 Grandchildren; 31 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son Joseph Morgan (Jessicca). BE STRONG IN THE LORD, FOR HIS POWER IS MIGHTY. Ephesians 6:10. A celebration of life will be announced at a later time.
