John R. Verbash

John R. Verbash, 63 of Frackville, PA., passed away on October 9, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Schuylkill East.  He was the husband of the late Marlene (Gomsoky) Verbash who passed away in 2012, and the companion of Mary Sokoloski with whom he resided.  Born in Ashland, PA., he was the son of the late John and Loretta (Mann) Verbash.  John was a self employed Plumber and had worked for over 18 years as a manager of the Ace Hardware of Frackville.  He was a 1979 graduate of North Schuylkill, and was an avid Steelers and football fan.  He enjoyed his motorcycle and smoking cigars on his porch.
