James R. Dixon

James R. Dixon, 62 of Pottsville, PA., passed away on June 20th in Pottsville Nursing & Rehab, where he was a resident.  Born in Phillipsburg, PA., he was the son of Margaret (Josephson) Burris of Snow Shoe, PA., and the late Robert Dixon.  James had worked many years for most of his career in various Restaurants in various roles including Manager.  He is survived by two sons, Jacob R. Dixon, Kulpmont, PA, Jackson Dixon, Bloomsburg, PA; brothers, Thomas Dixon, Johnstown, PA., Charles Dixon, Muncy, PA; sisters, Kathi Lewis, Snow Shoe, PA; Becky Dixon, Philadelphia, PA; one grandson, Lucas Dixon.  No funeral services will be listed.  Online photos and memories can be shared with his family at www.markjhummelfuneralhome.com  MARK J HUMMEL Funeral Home,  Lower Alsace Twp., Reading has charge of arrangements.
