Harold C. Kemp, 56 of Royersford, passed away on May 22nd in the Reading Hospital. Born in Pottstown, PA., he was the son of the late Harold C. Kemp and Shirley (Schreffler) Kemp. He is survived by two sisters, Christa M. Ferguson, Boyertown, PA., Tara Billitto, Pottsville, PA. There will be no services upon his request.
