Evelyn Ortiz

Evelyn Ortiz, 55 of Reading, PA., passed away on April 17th in her residence.  She was the wife of Edgardo Ortiz, Sr. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Miguel A. Roman and Daisy (Rios) Roman of Reading. She was a homemaker and attended St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, Reading, PA.  Surviving in addition to her husband and mother are her children, Angel M. Collazo, David L. Collazo, Jeremy D. Pagan, Xavier J. Pagan, Gabriel L. Pagan, Christopher L. Pagan Mildred Roman, Cheila K. Ortiz and Edgardo Ortiz, Jr; Brothers and sisters, Jeanette Ruiz Roman, Miguel A. Roman, Jr., Ana Y. Rivera Roman, Daisy Lebran Roman, Rosemarie Roman Sysenh, Daniel Roman and David Roman; 16 Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM in the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.  Family and friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home.  Interment will be at Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading.  Online photos and memories can be shared with the family at www.cramp-hummelfunerahome.com
