Eduardo Betancourt, 55 of Philadelphia, formerly of Reading, passed away on April 23rd in his residence. Born in New York, NY, he was the son of Carmen Betancourt and the late Ramon Betancourt. Surviving in addition to his mother are his brothers, Francisco Betancourt and Raymond Betancourt both of Reading, PA; sisters, Carmen wife of William Colon, Exeter Twp., PA and Linda Betancourt of Reading, PA.
