David Santiago Torres

David Santiago Torres, 61 of Reading, PA., passed away on January 27th at the Reading Hospital. He was the son of Jose Antonio Santiago Davila and Ines Torres Santiago.  David had been an Artist and a professor of Art in Puerto Rico where many of his artistic works can be found. He is survived by his four children, Omar David Santiago Vasquez, Brian David Santiago Vasquez, David Alfonso Santiago Cruz and Angel David Santiago Cruz; he is also survived by one sister.
