David Cruz Garcia, Jr.

David Cruz Garcia Jr., known affectionately as Junie, passed away on July 5, 2024, in Reading, Pennsylvania, at the age of 46. Born on February 15, 1978, in Reading, Pennsylvania, Junie grew up to be a cherished member of the community, known for his kind, loving, and humorous nature. He had an innate ability to light up any room with his jokes and was always ready to make others smile.

Junie is survived by a loving family, including his mother, Serena Garcia-Lebron; siblings Samuel Rivera, Wanda Rivera, Paulino Rivera, Nancy Cruz Garcia, and William Cruz Garcia; and his adored nieces and nephews Rosalee Rodriguez, William Rodriguez Jr., Abelino Rodriguez, Daniel Roman Jr., Darius Stern, Tiara Fuller, and Elijah Cruz Garcia. He was preceded in death by his father, David Cruz Garcia Sr., and his nephew, Jeremiah Garcia.

Private services will be held to honor Junie's life and legacy. The Cramp-Hummel Funeral Home in Reading, Pennsylvania, is assisting the family during this difficult time. Junie's warm spirit and jovial nature will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
