David S. Amaro

David S. Amaro, 55 of Reading, PA., passed away on November 16, 2025 at the Reading Hospital.  Born in Reading, PA., he was the son of the late Ruben Amaro Rivera and Dominga Figueroa Rivera of Reading, PA.  David was a 1987 graduate of Reading High School, and worked for many years as a cook at various restaurants in the Berks County area.  Surviving in addition to his mother is one daughter, Tamayra Amaro Diaz, Reading, PA; two sons, Elnesto Gonzalez, Shillington, PA, David S. Amaro, Jr., Reading, PA; sisters, Wanda I. Amaro, Reading, PA, Jennifer M. Amaro, Sinking Spring, PA; 7 Grandchildren.  Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM at the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.  Viewings will be held on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
