Charles M. Lozada

Charles M. Lozada, 89 of Laureldale, passed away on Oct. 18th in the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Elba (Steidel) Lozada for 69 years. Born in Humacao, Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Carlos and Maria (Diaz) Lozada. Charles was a US Marine Corp Veteran of the Korean War. He was pre deceased by his sisters, Carmen Ayala and Gloria Falcon; brother, Manuel Rivera. Surviving in addition to his wife are his sons , Charles "Chico" husband of Elvira Lozada, George husband of Mary  Lozada;  one daughter, Giselle Lozada; 7 Grandchildren; 7 Great Grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, Oct 21st from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading. Religious services will be held privately. Interment will be private family only. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org or to the Diabetes foundation at www.diabetes.org FAMILY HAS REQUESTED DUE TO COVID ANYONE WHO ARRIVES FOR THE VIEWING TO ENTER VIEW AND EXIT.
