Beverly Ruth Oudinot

Beverly Ruth (Hoke) Oudinot, age 84, of Reading, PA, passed away Wednesday evening, October 8, 2025, at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. She was born on Thanksgiving Day November 28, 1940, in Reading,  daughter of the late Charles Edwin Hoke, Jr. and Betty (Sands) Hoke. Beverly had last worked for St. Joseph Hospital as unit secretary until her retirement.

Beverly is survived by five daughters, Venus Connors (widow of Bill), Philadelphia, Korinna Cubbison (John), Pittsburgh, Kimberly McConnell (Kevin), Exeter Township, Kacey Wenrich (Jeff), Reading, Vickie Colsten (Peter), New Tripoli; four grandchildren, Mason and Stella Blue Wenrich, and twins, Matthew and Ryan McConnell. She is also survived by three brothers, Charles Hoke III, Harrisburg, PA, Robbie Hoke, Alpharetta, GA, and Mick Hoke (Joey), Melbourne, FL.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed spending time with her daughters, grandchildren, and friends. She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

‍A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1018 N 8th Street, Reading, PA. Msgr. John Grabish, Celebrant. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in church prior to mass. Interment will be at 12:30 PM in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
