Betty Rose (Hanlon) Daniels

Betty Rose (Hanlon) Daniels, 95, of Pottstown, PA., passed away gracefully on June 23rd, 2021. She was born to Irma J. (Van Sittaert) Hanlon and James D. Hanlon, Sr. in Contra Costa County, CA. Betty was known for her open door and loving the company of her family and friends. Her hospitality was warm, and her coffee was always hot - served with a side of hilarious humor. She enjoyed classic country music, flowers, bird watching, her grand-dog Brandy, and playing cards. She rarely missed a televised Eagles or Phillies game.  Betty was predeceased by her husband of over 74 years, James M. Daniels Sr., and their middle son, Kevin Lee Daniels. Her parents and seven siblings also predeceased her. Survivors include Betty and Jim's eldest son, James M. Daniels Jr., and his wife, Linda (Sheppard),of Florida, their youngest son and loving caretakers, Richard T. Daniels, and his wife Amy (Tonnessen), of Pottstown.  Betty and Jim also had three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Betty's sister, Doree, also survives her.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Caring Hospice Services of Ft. Washington, PA would be much appreciated. 400 Commerce Dr., Ft.
