Jerlene M. Smith, 46 of Reading, passed away on April 26th in her residence. She was born in Reading, PA and the daughter of the late Jeanette (Baldwin) Brown and Charles Brown of Reading. Jarlene is survived by her loving children, Cyris J. Prince, Xavier Hernandez, Terance Gaston, Essence Washington, Devante Gaston; sister, Zennia C. Brown; 4 Grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at a later date and announced by the family. CRAMP HUMMEL Funeral Home, Centre Park, Reading has charge of arrangements .
