Charles E. Williams, 56 of Spring Twp., passed away on Sept. 21st in his residence. He was the companion of Yevette A. Roberts. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Charles Holstic and Priscilla L. Williams. Surviving are his children, Charles E. Toro, Tyre Little and Channel D. Williams; also surviving are his brothers and sisters, Dawn M. Williams, Jonathan A. Williams, Courtnaye E. Cotten; 11 Step Grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM in the CRAMP-HUMMEL Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading Interment will be private.
