Anthony B. Spadafora

Anthony B. "Duke" Spadafora, 81 of Alsace Twp., passed away on Jan. 23rd in the Reading Hospital.  He was the husband and soul mate of Linda E. (Bailey) Spadafora.  Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Anthony and Grace F. (DiRenzo) Spadafora.  Anthony was a graduate of Reading High School class of 1954.  He was a Master Plumber and owner of A.B. Spadafora Plumbing heating & AC.  Duke also taught Plumbing at Berks Career and Technology Institute.  Surviving in addition to his wife and dog 'Sweetie" are three sons, Anthony P. husband of Sandra Spadafora, Reading, PA, Michael A. husband of Christine Spadafora, Reading, PA, Christopher L. Spadafora, Reading, PA;  daughter, Mary "Toni" Spadafora, Reading, PA, and step-daughter Lisa wife of Stephen J. Karst, Reading, PA; one brother, Ronald F. Spadafora, Millsboro, DE; 15 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren.  Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, February 13th at 1:00 PM in the Cramp Hummel Funeral Home, 934 Centre Ave., Reading.  Interment will be private.  CRAMP-HUMMEL Funeral Home, Centre Park Reading has charge. 610-375-4337
